Q. WHAT IS YOUR BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE FUTURE?
A. Always looking to expand with new activities! I plan to add bounce house, slide other inflatables. Possibly a DJ.
Q. WHAT WOULD YOU SAY ARE THE 3 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER AS A KB OWNER?
A. Have great customer service, good communication with customers and keep everybody under control during the event so you won’t have injuries.
Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE OTHER AFFILIATES OR PEOPLE CONSIDERING BECOMING AN AFFILIATE?
A. Customer services is priority number 1. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you. That is also how you get repeat customers.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR MOST MEMORABLE KB MOMENT?
A. Honestly it’s great going to every event and seeing how pumped everyone is to play. And during the event with all the good times and laughter.
