Each year, we encourage parents to join our Waitlist as there’s always a chance you’ll receive a call from us about an open spot. This year, for some resident camp sessions there’s an even higher likelihood!
If you’ve been through our registration process, there’s a good chance you’ve seen the “Waitlist Available” option. This option only appears on weeks your child is eligible to register for and that are also currently full. Joining the waitlist for a specific session is as simple as clicking on “Add to waitlist”. Once clicked, you’ve officially joined the waitlist for that summer camp session. If you decide later that you are no longer interested in being on the waitlist, we encourage you to click on “Remove from waitlist”. This helps us manage the waitlist when we start to make calls!
This summer, there are some key weeks where the chance is high for receiving a call regarding an open spot! Here are those weeks:
Co-Ed Resident Camp Session One
Legacy Resident Camp Session 2
All Girls Resident Camp
Legacy Resident Camp Session 5
Legacy Camp Session 6
Legacy Camp Session 7
Co-Ed Resident Camp Session 8
Co-Ed Resident Camp Session 9
Currently, our new cabin is under construction and everything is moving ahead and on schedule. Thank you so much to Morgan Construction for all of your hard work! If the cabin is completed on time, the first 12 boys and 12 girls on the waitlist for the sessions mentioned above will receive a call about an open spot at camp! After those 12 boys and 12 girls accept their spot, the waitlist will work as usual.
Even if a session is not mentioned above (including Day Camp Sessions) we still always recommend parents to get their camper on the waitlist! Some sessions, especially those later in the summer, we will call multiple families before one takes the open spot. The reason for this is, many families book vacations or choose another camp thinking they wouldn’t receive a call from us.
